This is the program I will start following tomorrow:

I'm going to do Zixia's breathing exercise every morning when I wake up, and listen to Dr. De Giorgio's recordings before I go to bed.
I'm going to hang on a bar for 5 minutes everyday.
I'm going to drink this shake made of milk, banana and egg.
I'm going to eat one bowl of yoghurt and a piece of cheese everyday.
I'm going to do pilates for 20 minutes everyday.
I'm going to jump 200 times everyday.
I'm going to walk for 30 minutes every evening.
I'm going to go swimming twice a week. (Right now I'm going once a week but 2 weeks later my membership will be cancelled so I will go to another pool I can go twice a week.)

This is REALLY a lot of work and will take a loooooot of time. Don't know if I can do them all. I'm going to focus on my program this week and write what happened.
