Hello again. I'm adding something new to my routine today. I know I can't be hypnosed only listening to some recordings. I have to make my mind work and expand my worldview. There are 9 exercises here and each of them require about one week of training. I'm starting today with develop your will power exercise today. It'll be done by thursday. Wish me luck.

Wow! I can't believe it has been 1 week since I've started my routine. It really was a challenging week. I felt a lot of pain because of jumping and pilates but today it's all gone. Now that I'm used to doing all these heavy workout I can easily carry on my routine.
Although I did the sports and exercises I planned, I think I should care more about hypnosis and meditation. Because I have a thought that I won't grow taller any longer since I haven't for the past 1 year. And these kind of thoughts prevent me from growing taller. Firstly let me share another growing taller blog with you. I found it today. http://easy2growtaller.blogspot.com/
You really should read Corin's story, which I found very encouraging and inspiring. And if there's someone reading this post, can you please share inspiring stories you've read? Btw there are not many articles on easy2growtaller blog but you can find useful information about hypnosis.
In this post I'm also going to list the reasons why I want to become taller. Because the most important step of hypnosis to grow taller is to convince yourself that you CAN grow taller. I suggest you list the things that growing taller will provide you as well. So here's the list:
The thoughts of taller me ( Using present tense is important)
- I can easily reach the top shelves and decorations on the wall
- I don't feel bad when I'm talking to tall people because I'm on their eye level.
- My friends and relatives are impressed by my height, and they covet me
- When the others complain about their height I can advice them what to do to grow taller
- I can hold on the highest spots on buses.
- I feel good when I notice I'm the tallest in a crowd
- I'm one of the tallest girls in my class and when we make a line I'm at he beginning.
- There's not much height between me and guys.
-My tall friends feel good when they're with me since I'm tall too.
- Now taht I'm the same height with my sister, she can't make fun of me heheee
- My friends and family always compliments on my physical appearence
- I don't need to try to look taller while having taken photos.
And add more clauses to your list as another one comes to your mind.
Edit: I will listen to Dr Laura's 1st Cd for one more week, until I'm totally done with it.

Hi guys,
This is the second day of my program. It went really well yesterday, I couldn't do a few things but I think I'll get used to it. It was tiring as I expected, my whole body is in sore today. I additionally started taking Zinc, Fish Oil and Cal-D-Vita tablets everyday. And I decided to listen to the first CD of Dr. De Giorgio for the first week, everyday. And then the second during the second week etc. I heard that swimming frogstyle increases your height so I'll practice it on thursday. Only one problem, I can't hang on the bar for a long time (at most 15 sec.) because my hands and arms hurt a lot. Anyway I'm going to follow this program for 1 year. If you're going to use my program don't forget to add the pills.

This is the program I will start following tomorrow:
I'm going to do Zixia's breathing exercise every morning when I wake up, and listen to Dr. De Giorgio's recordings before I go to bed.
I'm going to hang on a bar for 5 minutes everyday.
I'm going to drink this shake made of milk, banana and egg.
I'm going to eat one bowl of yoghurt and a piece of cheese everyday.
I'm going to do pilates for 20 minutes everyday.
I'm going to jump 200 times everyday.
I'm going to walk for 30 minutes every evening.
I'm going to go swimming twice a week. (Right now I'm going once a week but 2 weeks later my membership will be cancelled so I will go to another pool I can go twice a week.)
This is REALLY a lot of work and will take a loooooot of time. Don't know if I can do them all. I'm going to focus on my program this week and write what happened.

Hi everyone. I've started writing this blog because I'm starting a program to increase my height 4 inches. I'm 5'2" right now and my aim is 5'6". I know it's going to take a lot of time but I believe in myself & know that I can achieve my goal. I hope this blog will help me stay motivated and if somebody reads it, they can follow what I did to increase my height.
Let me tell you about myself. I'm 15 and a high school student. I've entered puberty when i was 10, which I think is the reason why I'm a bit short right now. My mom is 5'3", my dad is 5'8" and my sister is 5'6". On my beginning of puberty I really had height complex because all of my friends grew up suddenly but I didnt. When I was thirteen I started doing some stretching exercises and jumping to increase my height. I also bought a herbal medicine online. A few months later a gained an inch but I don't know if it was because of the medicine, jumping or my own growth. I followed this program about 1 month more but my height didin't change. So last year I went to an endocrinologist to see if my plates are closed. They said yes. This was really disappointing for me. I kept researching about height increase but as school got harder and I got busier, I gave up on the idea of growing. Though it still bugged me to be the shortest one in the class.
Then a few days before, I saw the website of Dr. Laura de Giorgio. I made a research about hypnosis and found good sources. Also got dr. Giorgio's CDs. Although I don't know in which order I need to listen to them... Anyway then I found a blog about a girl who grew 4 inches in about one year, and I said, Why not give it a try? It may not work but I don't want to have any doubts, so I'm trying to convince myself that this meditation will work perfectly and I'm going to reach my ideal height. I can feel I'm growing right now :P
